So far, for around 300 MB, I found a site that will give it for $15 a year with all the works, including free domain. Are there any others that are cheaper?

You shouldn’t use the free webpage sites. I’d recommend buying a cheap one.
Check out sites such as http://www.getawebpage.net
They recommend web page hosting companies and usually offer a lower price.
