Web Hosting Service
I want to develop a website where users can upload information onto the site however, I have no experience using HTML, Perl or any of that stuff. Is there a web hosting service that offers a drag and drop page builder that I can do somewhat advanced stuff on it?? Also the computers at my school have Frontpage installed on them, can I create a user generated site with that? Thank you!!!

Try Carbon Cookie CMS Website Builder. You can design and host a website all in the one spot using their software. Really simple to use compared to all other site builders out there.

Almost every popular web hosting companies have an easy tools to use to build your website without any experience with web designing.
When I was building my website I didnt have any experience with HTML, Perl, PHP or any other program I use “Yahoo SiteBuilder” which has every tools you need to develop your own website. The tools are very easy and user friendly. I know there are still other Tools from other web hosting but I am very familiar with the Yahoo one.
