Magento-ecommerce small business make money resource

I am based in South Africa and would like to know if the are cheap options out there for hosting website and domains.

Does anybody know of a resource or website that compares the free web hosting site (like Webs.com, Weebly.com, etc) features? I’m particularly wondering about comparing the amount of storage these sites offer.

I have used Homestead for years, but need a chance,
I am looking for a WEB HOSTING company that has many options, and not alot of this file can’t be used, etc.
I want to be able to either place my own template, web page I create and edit in the site builder the service offers or [...]

I’ve already decided to use Godaddy for domain registry, but I can’t decide on a web-hosting package/service. I’ve had these recommended to me so far:
Bluehost – the most recommended I’ve heard of
Max-Hosting
Bravenet
Webs
Any advice/suggestions?
