What is the best Script , Software , CMS or Control Panel to run professional free / paid web hosting comapny like (Bravenet.com & tripod.lycos.com )
are there any better ones out there?
Anything else that i may need to know , would be greatly appreciated.

I can help you with this. I own a hosting company - and we have what is called “reseller hosting” - we give you an entire control panel where you can add/remove accounts, set bandwidth limits, storage space, etc. For $19.95/month - you’d get 10 GB storage space, and 100 GB transfer. You can then take this, and split it up into “packages”.
Your customers will also have access to their own control panel.
