to be honest i don’t recommend godaddy or hostgator, i have used them and their tech support just suck..once you sign up you are on your own

There are a couple good hosts out there. The best host I’ve come across so far has been Networksolutions (www.networksolutions.com).
Depending on your expertise with computers, you may also want to think about a virtual private server (VPS) - it’s a host you manage yourself! RapidVPS has gotten great reviews from all my buddies.
I’m that hacker-type who prefers to do it himself LOL! I have a server set up on an old PIII laptop!
