If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password you can attempt to retrieve them by going to: http://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_forgot…

Your Yahoo ID is what it is looking for. As long as the Yahoo ID you have is the one that you used to create the Web Hosting account, that is the ID that you need to use.
If you have forgotten your password, try resetting it online, or call Customer Care and speak to the account verification department. After a few security checks, they can email you a temporary password.
SiteBuilder sometimes has a small glitch where it will think that you don’t have an account name or password right. Try going to the File menu and select “Change User”. If you still get the error, chances are your password is incorrect.
If all else fails, go the help.yahoo.com, go to the section for Yahoo! Small Business, and then click “Contact Us”. Give YSB Support a call.
