   u get alot of bandwidth and space by webhosting a site, users can access ur site after some web host hosts it with them, hosting is simply storing ur website somewhere and showing it to the world. u can get some hosts from http://www.joinahost.com or u can get free ones, but they will have low bandwidth and space and put advertising on ur website.

   With web hosting you get space on a server and bandwidth. For example, if you get 1GB storage and 10GB bandwidth that means that you can have 1GB of files on the server at once and only 10GB can be downloaded in 1 month. Do not go with free hosting because it puts pop-ups and crazy restrictions on your websites. There is http://www.hola-host.net that will give you a free domain name when you sign up for any of their plans, which means you get a .com for free.
