Do You Know Any Cheap & Reliable Web Hosting Sites… That Include, Or “support” Any Type Of Multi-media?

I’m considering setting-up a website for a local non-profit organization… and I’d like to include perhaps a audio, and/or a video podcast. So, I’m curious what web hosting sites do you know of that offer such options… of course, other then “godaddy.com”? Which, would then likely cost how much per month… because initially, I think I’m only going to try it for a few months?
