   Yes you can. Yahoo has an easy install of Wordpress (Wordpress is the blog software you should use).
   However, I have some experience with Yahoo Business Web Hosting.
   Stay away, LOL.
   I had an account and 2 MAJOR problems:
   1. My new wordpress blog keep getting error messages
   2. Yahoo tech support to over 48 hours to reply to me

   I’m sure you can host anything you want but if you just want a blog why not just use a free blog service like http://www.wordpress.com?
