Web hosting companies offering Cheap Dedicated Server web hosting plans that are quite cheap in terms of monthly payments. These plans usually start from a minimum of $30 per month and go upwards depending upon server configuration and bandwidth usage. Cheap Dedicated Server web hosting plans come in two flavors.
The first type is the Virtual Private Server where you are still on a shared host, but it runs a few virtual private servers. Virtual private servers are the least expensive type of hosting amongst cheap dedicated server web hosting plans.
Users of these servers have a set amount of resources to use of the server, and there are far less people sharing the server. Each virtual server appears to be a complete machine in it self and is under complete control buy it’s user…

I do website design & also own a templates & tools membership website. On my membership website, you can get a permanent subscription for only $24.95 which includes everything you’ll ever need for your website. If there’s something we don’t have there, I’ll get it. I also offer free advice – even if you don’t use my services.
As far as free hosting, check out these sites:

I recommend one of these: http://www.hosttell.com/
Powweb is on a 50% sale – $3.88/month ($46.56/year), and you get a free domain from them.
Godaddy doesn’t offer a free domain, but you can get one for $2.19 if you’re buying hosting from them, plus they also have a 20% sale at the moment.
No one will give you a free trial but they all have money back guarantees.

There are many good web hosting companies allowing you to try their service for 30 days, such as hostmonster, bluehost, etc.
You can signup their service using paypal so that you can avoid providing them your credit card information.

50webs is good http://50webs.com
Their free plan has 99% uptime and no advertisements. Only downside is that the free plan doesn’t support server-side scripting.
